The District was divided into 15 "Gmin";
Township; - Tarnopol and Mikulince
Village: - Baworow, Berezowica Wielka, Borki Wielkie, Cebrow, Chodaczkow Wielki, Hluboczek Wielki, Ihrowica, Jankowce, Janowka, Jastrzebowo, Kozlow-1 & 2,Lozowa, Mikulince, and Nastasiow.
To the village "Gmin" there was also an additional 87 villages "Soleckich" into which there was an additional 30 smaller hamlets.
